The MasterClass Series for HR Business Partner is a global and professionally developed program for the HR Professionals to meet the demands and changing environment of the organization. This series takes you on a journey to have a business-driven mindset and mastery. It is delivered by the world-renowned Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

The program covers 4 modules where the participant can take a module depending on individual needs or complete the entire series for professional growth.

Building credible and productive relationship is crucial in influencing leaders of the organization to become a catalyst for change and success.

Module 4: The Organizational Coach – Mentor

Coaching and mentoring has been cited as the most important management skill-set for the next decade of the HR profession. The program can enhance employee capability, confidence and performance for organization impact.
