Competency Based Individual Development Planning

Objectives:

  • Increase awareness of the value of career and development planning for everyone in the organization;
  • Increase skill and and will in career planning for both oneself and for others;
  • Increase skill and will in coaching behavior in the employee development process;
  • Build an action plan to address issues in career and development planning.

 

Methodology:

  • Group discussion, structured learning exercises and team presentations will be used to enhance the learning of participants.
