Competency Based Individual Development Planning
Objectives:
- Increase awareness of the value of career and development planning for everyone in the organization;
- Increase skill and and will in career planning for both oneself and for others;
- Increase skill and will in coaching behavior in the employee development process;
- Build an action plan to address issues in career and development planning.
Methodology:
- Group discussion, structured learning exercises and team presentations will be used to enhance the learning of participants.
