Competency Based Performance Management Process and Succession Planning

Objectives:

  • Understand and know the business case for creating a competency based performance management culture as well as a Succession Planning Strategy;
  • Know the different strategies that guide modern day performance management practices and issues;
  • Apply the competency based Performance Management Process/Succession Planning system.

 

Methodology:

  • Workshop is designed to prepare the HR practitioners to draft his or her own company specific competency based high potentials identification and development program customized in his or her organization. Workshop approach will be used extensively with lecturettes and actual case studies to clarify on some points making use of the vast experiences of the participants in the process. Pre workshop reading materials and assignments are necessary to maximize learning.
