Apart from his years of experience working with renowned entities such as Smart, PLDT, San Miguel Purefoods, Mondelēz, and Philamlife - offering his expertise in Strategic Thinking, Strategic Planning, Team Dynamics and Organizational Branding, he is also a Marriage Counselor, Family Life Coach, Retirement Specialist and Financial Coach. He also refers to himself as a wide-eyed student of life, making him the best person to talk to about different crises and change, how it could affect an organization, and how to deal with challenges brought about by crisis and rapid change.
