This 8-hour virtual learning course provides the executive/manager with the skills in managing and resolving conflict in teams. It focuses on how to recognize personality types and sheds light on how to handle them. It then goes into a discussion of the nature of conflict, how and why it occurs and provides a toolbox they can use to address conflict situations.
