Rolando "Rolly" Santos is a People and Organizational Development executive and academecian. He has more than 25 years of working as a senior leader in F&B and pharmaceutical industries, manufacturing, services, broadcast/media and academe,
both locally and across regions. Since 2005, he has been a Professional Lecturer at the University of the Philippines Diliman --School of Labor and Industrial Relations where he also completed his diploma and master's degree in IR, major in HRD and a
