Course Description:

In times of crisis, what happens if the organization and its leaders are plagued with difficult employees and disruptive
behavior? Now more than ever, oganizations are driven to achieve their goals and targets. However, some employees,
who are a challenge to deal with, may affect results, and cause negative consequences and risk for the organization.


This webinar looks into some common types of difficult and disruptive employee behavior, identifies how some
managers and colleagues normally respond during these problematic situations, offers some strategic and practical
approaches to dealing with disruptive employee behavior, including the role of HR and line managers. It provides a
deep dive into discipline when it becomes a measure of last resort especially in wake of the "new normal".

About the Facilitator: 

Rolando "Rolly" Santos is a People and Organizational Development executive and academecian. He has more than 25 years of working as a senior leader in F&B and pharmaceutical industries, manufacturing, services, broadcast/media and academe,
both locally and across regions. Since 2005, he has been a Professional Lecturer at the University of the Philippines Diliman --School of Labor and Industrial Relations where he also completed his diploma and master's degree in IR, major in HRD and a
recipient of Medal of Excellence. Currently, he is a Senior Consultant of HURIS and facilitates its leadership development programs.
