Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a business-related course.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing and/or business development.
Proficiency in conducting research and developing feasibility studies.
Capable of executing marketing plans and/or business projects.
Familiarity with various creative computer applications, such as Adobe, Corel, etc.
Ability to understand financial statements.
Communication Skills: Above-average proficiency in verbal and written communication, and adept at conducting presentations.

Responsibilities:

Execute initiatives aimed at growing the business, contributing to revenue and financial targets. This involves developing and initially implementing new business or strategic project-based initiatives within the business unit.
Implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead the development of new businesses (medical devices, medical products, and services) and business expansion initiatives, resulting in increased revenue and a broader client base.
Execute new business or business expansion projects, ensuring they are completed within set timelines and capital cost budgets.
Implement marketing strategies that effectively target applicable markets, launch and execute marketing activities, and provide tools in collaboration with Sales to increase brand awareness and expand the customer base.
Gather and analyze information about products, services, competition, and trends within the healthcare industry. Use this information for business development and as input for creating, planning, and implementing marketing programs.
