Job Description


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a business-related course.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing and/or business development.
  • Proficiency in conducting research and developing feasibility studies.
  • Capable of executing marketing plans and/or business projects.
  • Familiarity with various creative computer applications, such as Adobe, Corel, etc.
  • Ability to understand financial statements.
  • Communication Skills: Above-average proficiency in verbal and written communication, and adept at conducting presentations.


  • Execute initiatives aimed at growing the business, contributing to revenue and financial targets. This involves developing and initially implementing new business or strategic project-based initiatives within the business unit.
  • Implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead the development of new businesses (medical devices, medical products, and services) and business expansion initiatives, resulting in increased revenue and a broader client base.
  • Execute new business or business expansion projects, ensuring they are completed within set timelines and capital cost budgets.
  • Implement marketing strategies that effectively target applicable markets, launch and execute marketing activities, and provide tools in collaboration with Sales to increase brand awareness and expand the customer base.
  • Gather and analyze information about products, services, competition, and trends within the healthcare industry. Use this information for business development and as input for creating, planning, and implementing marketing programs.
