Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in programmatic media buying, e-commerce performance, and targeted marketing, preferably in the fashion industry.
  2. Solid knowledge of digital, social and e-commerce channels, with a focus on platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Lazada and Shopee, understanding their role within the wider media mix, setting KPIs, and tracking ROI.
  3. Strong work ethics, professional integrity, and a passion for the digital/programmatic/e-commerce industry.
  4. Experience with high-caliber agency management and processes.
  5. Strong commercial understanding and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  6. Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
  7. Excellent drive, judgment, creative insights, and understanding of branded aesthetics.
  8. Positive attitude, good work ethic, and thrives on challenges.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office.
  10. Good-to-have: Prior experience in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle categories, demonstrating a deep understanding of these industries’ nuances and target audience preferences.

Responsibilities:

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving performance marketing initiatives and optimizing campaigns on various digital platforms. This role involves developing strategies, analyzing data, and ensuring effective utilization of channels such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee. The Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and maximize return on advertising
spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute performance marketing plans aligned with brand marketing and e-commerce strategies, focusing on driving sales growth and consumer-focused opportunities.
  2. Analyze paid media data, derive insights, and collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize performance, achieve agreed ROAS targets, and drive quality traffic.
  3. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to plan and align weekly, monthly, and yearly paid media plans to meet sales targets and ROAS objectives.
  4. Work with agencies to develop and execute paid media campaigns on e-commerce platforms, ensuring performance tracking and quality of work.
  5. Manage and challenge media agencies to ensure KPI delivery, review agency performance annually, and maintain strong relationships.
  6. Hands-on operation and optimization of paid media, including programmatic and e-commerce planning, data analytics, and post-buy reports. Utilize data analytics and excel skills to analyze campaign performance data, derive actionable insights, and prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing performance dashboards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of key metrics and KPIs.
  7. Serve as a key marketing contact, maintaining daily communication with the e-commerce team and platform contacts.
  8. Collaborate with paid media agency for routine execution, reporting, and tracking of KPIs, ensuring ROAS effectiveness and sales growth performance
  9. Establish and manage paid media budgets in alignment with line manager and commercial team.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing, eCommerce, and the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle categories.
