Job Description

Job Summary:

  • This role is responsible for ensuring both the successful selection and hiring of company personnel to support the manpower need of each department.
  • This encompasses evaluating employee readiness for new responsibilities.
  • Plus working with managers and others to identify candidates for the vacancies in their area.

Responsibilities:

  • Organization of talent bank.
  • Responsible for effective and fast end-to-end recruitment processes both internally and externally.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver recruitment needs.
  • Execute sourcing and screening of Indirect Labor including Leadership positions.
  • Proactive coordination with departments for interviews and organizing assessment and hiring decision meetings.
  • Create, seek approval for, roll-out and close-out candidate offers. Ensure internal and external equity.
  • Recommend proper media for approaching the right caliber candidates.
  • Coordinate with universities for targeted hires and job fairs.
  • Provide a twice a month recruitment report to HR and Management Team and regular weekly updates to hiring managers for their open requisitions.
  • Can interpret Intelligence and Behavioral Tests
  • Update the WorkDay System for Recruitment
  • Coordinate with Compensation and Benefits Section for the compensation and benefits concern of New Hire

Educational Background:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.

Professional Experience:

  • With more than 5 years of working experience in the related field and 2 years in the Semiconductor Industry

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Interviewing Skills
  • Recruitment Certification preferred.
  • Can interpret Intelligence and Behavioral Tests
