Program Objectives
– Help participants appreciate developmental conversations in the bigger frameworks of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Talent Management, Performance Management, the Competency Framework, and the 9-Box grid.
– Provide participants with the basics of Coaching in developmental conversations, using proven frameworks.
– Gain insights, clarity and focus on how leaders can help subordinates develop and, consequently, improve performance results over time, using the 70-20-10 learning model.
– Give the participants an opportunity to experience how Coaching and Mentoring are done using workshops (individual and group work) and skill practice sessions.
– Provide a mechanism to continuously apply the Coaching and Mentoring frameworks in the workplace.
