The Effective Communication course hinges on the idea that communication is a leader’s most important tool, and to communicate effectively one must have a clear view of himself as well as of those he leads. It delves into the various personality types typically encountered in the workplace and provides a toolbox of communication strategies to address each personality type. It emphasizes building credibility and trust as important factors in being an influential leader.
At the end of the program participants will be able to:
