– Familiariaze themselves with the organization’s policies and procedures in implementing disciplinary action
– Understand and apply the basic concepts behind “due process” through case study analysis; and
– Practice the interpersonal communication skills necessary in conducting a hearing and/or dialogue/feedback in the context of practicing positive discipline.
