Job Description

Human Resource Tasks:

• Handles the end to end recruitment, from understanding the vacancy, sourcing, evaluation, hiring and on-boarding
• Ensures the timely maintenance, updating of 201 files and the optimization of all employee data
• Monitors employees’ daily attendance, and ensures that their timekeeping entries are correct
• Manages and implements Employees Government Mandated Benefits for all employees such as Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth and SSS
• Ensures timely filing and monitoring of government loans, benefit claims, notifications and changes to member records
• Ensures accurate filing and administration of various employee benefit programs
• Ensures effectively communication of the compensation and benefit program of the Company to the employees
• Assists in the Performance Management process; Monitors and oversees the performance management evaluation for Probationary and Regular employees
• Coordinates for the early resolution of employee relations issues which may include but are not limited to the handling of disciplinary and grievance concerns
• Organizes and coordinates the corporate events such as Anniversary celebration, Service Awards, Christmas party, excursions, recreational activities, etc

Administration Tasks:

• Provides the necessary documents during DOLE inspection
• Routes phone calls to concerned individuals/parties
• Monitors and replenishes office and medical supplies
• Reviews and validates reimbursement of employees
• Prepares request for payment for HR and admin external providers
